Taylor Swift dazzles with new squad as Brittany Mahomes shares emotional 30th birthday post

Taylor Swift cozied up her squad of NFL WAG besties as they toasted Brittany Mahomes's 30th birthday. 

The songstress, who announced her engagement to Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce last week, has grown close to Brittany and the fellow partners of her fiance's teammates since they began dating two seasons ago.

And the 14-time Grammy Award winner was front and center as Brittany celebrated another year around the sun with a fun-filled girls trip to Nashville - Swift's former home. 

Brittany shared a fresh batch of snaps from the bash to her Instagram on Thursday night after of her husband, Patrick Mahomes, and the Chiefs kicking off their season in Brazil on Friday. 

The first photo showed the group of 'joyful friends' lifting up their cocktails and beaming for the camera. 

Statuesque Swift towered over the gaggle of women as she appeared to jokingly balance her drink on Brittany's friend. 

The singer, however, did not appear in another other snaps, which appeared to all be taken on different nights. 

Brittany thanked her pals for making her birthday weekend a special celebration in an emotional caption. 

'So incredibly honored to have the most joyful friends. They truly made the weekend the BEST time!,' the mother-of-three posted. 

'My friends also spoiled me,' she added. 'I need to take a break from lychee martinis, so please share the next best thing please… I ate way too much amazing food. I love Nashville.' 

Various other photos in the carousel showed the group, which also included Lindsay Bell, the wife of former Chiefs tight end Blake Bell, hitting the bars on Broadway in Music City. 

Earlier in the week, Brittany had shared more glimpses of her cowgirl-themed celebration in the the Tennessee city.

She dropped a trove of pictures from the weekend on Tuesday, with the caption 'THIRTY' and there was one of her and Swift posing together as they enjoyed the cocktails.

Both women were dressed in black for the special occasion with Swift leaning her head on Mahomes' shoulder.

According to TMZ, the picture was taken at Kayne Prime - a restaurant located jusst off Broadway.

The Nashville weekend also included brunch, spa treatments and and a custom hat-making activity. 

The pair have become close in recent years, ever since Swift took her romance with Travis Kelce public back in October 2023.

Kelce and Mahomes are best friends off the field, as well as teammates on it, and their partners regularly hang out together at games as well as behind closed doors. 

Brittany was one of the first to congratulate the singer and Kelce on their engagement after the bombshell announcement.

'Two of the most genuine people meet & fall in love. Just so happy for these two,' she wrote online as she reposted the news Instagram. 

Soon enough, Mahomes and Swift will be reunited at Arrowhead Stadium once the Kansas City Chiefs start the new NFL season.

The Chiefs play their first game of the season in Sao Paulo, Brazil against the Los Angeles Chargers on Friday night.
