The 2025 World's Strongest Woman Jammie Booker was stripped of the title after fellow competitors were sent explicit pictures and videos appearing to show that Booker is a transgender ex-porn star, the Daily Mail has been told.
Booker, 28, was crowned champion over the weekend at the event in Arlington, Texas. But on Tuesday, organizers disqualified Booker and released a bombshell statement.
'It appears that an athlete who is biologically male and who now identifies as female competed in the Women's Open category,' Official Strongman Games said.
'An attempt has been made to contact the competitor involved but a response has not been received,' the statement continued. 'We are clear - competitors can only compete in the category for the biological sex recorded at birth.'
The decision elevated the runner-up, Great Britain's Andrea Thompson, 43, to first place.
Thompson spoke to the Daily Mail, claiming neither she nor her fellow competitors had any suspicion that Booker was transgender until 3am on Monday, when images and videos allegedly began being circulated.

But organizers disqualified the American and made British athlete Andrea Thompson (pictured) champion
'It was coming from an adult entertainment website - let's put it that way,' Thompson explained in an exclusive interview. 'Very explicit pictures and videos of this person, which then obviously put her gender into question.'
According to Thompson, Official Strongman Games decided to take Booker’s title away after seeing the graphic images and concluding that Booker was a biological male.
‘They were just as horrified when they found out and they did call me quite early on in the morning to say: "We're shocked... we're going to investigate."'
Thompson continued: ‘I think they gave her a 24-hour window to get back to them… just to say, yes, no, whatever, just to confirm or deny, and she didn't get back to them. So after that, then they sought legal advice again, and then put the statement out because she hadn't responded.’
A Daily Mail investigation into claims that Booker had once worked in pornography has identified a porn performer that goes by the name Jammie Jay, whose image bears a strong resemblance to Booker.
Additionally, Booker is known to use the social media handle @jammiejaysvids on TikTok.
The IAFD (internet adult film database) website shows that Jammie Jay was nominated for an award in the 'Trans Erotica Awards Show' in both 2020 and 2022.
Some of the movie titles that Jammie Jay is listed as having performed in, per IAFD, are 'Beautiful Jammie F**** Her A**' and 'Jammie Jay Rocks Her C***.'
The Daily Mail has reached out to Booker and Booker's coach to ask if Booker has ever worked in adult entertainment. We have also contacted the Official Strongman Games to ask if these photos and videos contributed to their decision to strip Booker's title. The Daily Mail has not received a response.
Prior to our investigation, a YouTube video surfaced, which appears to be uploaded from Booker's channel in September 2017. In it Booker says: 'Everyone is dying to tell their own story and I am obviously no exception to that.

'I'm a 21-year-old trans woman with a history of abuse, struggling to stay true to herself while under the rule of her religious parents.'
Now, Thompson says she doesn’t harbor any ill will – but is disappointed that her moment has been overshadowed by the controversy.
'It's been mental. Exhausting... my phone hasn't stopped going buzzing for nearly two days now,' she said. 'The whole controversy behind it has taken away what should be a really like glorifying moment for me.'
She continued: 'I am now World's Strongest Woman but it's still taken away the moment that I should be basking in and enjoying. Right now I'm having to deal with a lot of people who have lots of negative things to say... I should be on cloud nine, floating and celebrating.
'But in actual fact, I've been sat for the last 24 hours responding to people online and trying to debunk any rumors that we all knew and no one did anything about it. So it has overshadowed what should be a really exciting moment for me.'
The new World's Strongest Woman insists this affair has 'nothing to do with [Booker's] gender.'
But she added: 'It just made a massive puddle effect - the girl that came third would then come second and so forth. The lady that came 11th didn't get the opportunity to go into the final day - she would have been top 10 in the world.'
Thompson has been plagued by questions in recent days: 'How could you not tell?'
But she insists: 'It was not obvious at all... we have women of all shapes and sizes. We don't judge each other on our appearances - because we get judged so much in every other day-to-day thing that we do, it's a sport that we can come together and just be strong, just celebrate being strong women.
The American's victory at the event sparked a furious reaction from some of her peers
'So the fact that somebody's come in who is nearly 7ft tall, it's not unusual... some do look a little bit more masculine. Some do look a little bit more feminine... but we just don't take any notice of it, because it's just another woman who's entered our sport.'
Thompson is a veteran of strongwoman competitions and one of the sport's most successful athletes. Booker, meanwhile, has only been on the circuit a matter of months.
Thompson first became aware of the American after receiving a list of competitors before the event. She asked around if there was anyone she needed to be aware of. 'No one mentioned her at all,' Thompson said.
'I think one of the girls said that they competed against her at another show sometime this year and that was it.
'But we get new faces all the time. So because I'm an advocate and trying to encourage new people, new women into the sport, I'm excited to see a new face. I'm excited to see what they can bring to the table. Is this person going to be a dark horse? Are they going to challenge me?'
Thompson continued: 'I really don't judge people on how they look. Their shape and size means nothing to me because we try and celebrate all women into this sport... so it had never crossed anyone's mind at all. Until the pictures came out.'
