LIV Golf rebel Phil Mickelson has increasingly been posting his right-leaning political thoughts and opinions on social media. But he did recently reveal one Democrat he finds 'reasonable'.

The 55-year-old has posted plenty about conservative politics to his account on X, which has over 948,000 followers.

Mickelson has taken to repeatedly slamming Democrats on his social media page - especially California governor Gavin Newsom.

But recently, the six-time major champion hinted that there's one Democrat that he can tolerate: Pennsylvania Senator John Fetterman.

Yesterday, Fetterman posted about two state troopers in the Keystone State who were shot in the line of duty. The Senator wished them luck and for a full recovery, saying that Pennsylvanians should be grateful 'for their service and sacrifice'.

Mickelson concurred with the sentiment, quote tweeting that post and saying, 'Well said. It's a dangerous job and it's getting even more so. Thank you to every member of the force who risk their lives to keep us safe.

Mickelson has bashed multiple Democrats online, including California Gov. Gavin Newsom

He continued his thoughts in a reply, saying, 'The fact that he's reasonable and wants what's best for every American citizen makes me listen and be more open to his thoughts especially when we disagree.'

This isn't the first time that Mickelson has publicly praised Fetterman. Earlier in the day, he re-tweeted another video of the Senator saying that President Trump deserves the Nobel Peace Prize if he manages to end the wars in both Gaza and Ukraine.

Mickelson wrote, 'We should all be striving for peace. Thank you Senator Fetterman for not making it a party issue.'

The golfer has been very publicly promoting bringing back offshore drilling off the coast of Santa Barbara via the Sable Offshore Corporation.

However, Newsom has been against this move - leading to Mickelson vocally bashing him for months on end.
