Ex-tennis star Anna Kournikova was spotted running errands on Thursday after it was revealed last month that the 44-year-old is pregnant.
Kournikova and her partner, pop star Enrique Iglesias, have three kids already and it was reported by Spanish publication Hola that the family would soon be adding a fourth child.
And Kournikova was spotted with her seven-year-old son, Nicholas, on Thursday as she lugged a small bag of groceries in Miami.
Kournikova wore a red cardigan, black yoga pants, sandals and sunglasses during the outing - which came months after she was spotted in a wheelchair earlier this year.
Back in January, Kournikova was seen wearing a protective boot on her foot as she was pushed in a wheelchair, sparking concerns about her health.
However, she has since been spotted on her feet on other occasions, including when she was seen bringing her children to martial arts last month.

Kournikova and Iglesias also have a seven-year-old daughter, Lucy and five-year-old daughter Mary.
Hola reported that the former tennis star was already halfway through the pregnancy, with a source close to the couple saying that things are progressing well.
The Russian-born athlete, who has been retired since 2003, has kept a low profile in recent years as she's raised her growing family.
Her rise in the tennis world was blighted by stress fractures in her back and feet, meaning that there was some extra concern when she was spotted in a wheelchair back in January.
In that instance, she was seen in the Bal Harbour shopping center with loved ones as she wore a boot on her foot, though she seems to have recovered from whatever ailment she was dealing with.
After bursting onto the scene in the tennis world at the age of 14, Kournikova was ultimately driven to retire at just 21 due to persistent injuries.
In an interview with The Guardian in 2033, she opened up on the pain she had fought through because of tennis.
'I will only play the game for as long as I'm having fun. It is important to realise that tennis is not the only thing that matters in life,' she said.
'Basically, I've had an injury nearly every single year. In '97 I had a stress fracture and was out for three months; in '98 I had a torn ligament in my thumb and was out for three months; in '99 I had another stress fracture for three months; and then in 2001 I didn't basically play the whole year.'

Kournikova got as high as eighth in the world rankings but never won a Grand Slam singles title.
However, she enjoyed greater success in the doubles world once she partnered up with Martinia Hingis. Together, they won the Australian Open doubles championship in 1999 and again in 2002.
She never officially announced her retirement but her last game was in May 2003 when she was just 21 years old.
Kournikova also enjoyed modeling opportunities off of the court and went on to be photographed for the likes of Cosmopolitan and Maxim.
She and Iglesias, now 50, met on the set of the hitmaker's music video for his 2001 single 'Escape' and have been together ever since.
However, the greatest mystery surrounding their relationship is if the couple have tied the knot or not. Iglesias previously insisted he wasn't concerned about getting married but he has also referred to Kournikova as 'my wife.'
When questioned about referring to Anna as his 'wife' in 2012, he clarified: 'It was just meant to be sweet in the moment. I honestly didn't mean to confuse people. I thought it'd be easier for the audience to understand than if I said 'my girl.'
'I've never really thought marriage would make a difference. Maybe it's because I come from divorced parents, but I don't think you love someone more because of a piece of paper.
'And nowadays, it's not taboo to have kids and not be married. What makes a difference is that you're a good parent, period.'
