After a week full of upsets and stunning results in the college football world, Week 4 of the AP Poll will see very little changed at the top - but plenty of new additions.

Ohio State remains the No. 1 team in the country, according to the group of roughly 60 writers and broadcasters from across the nation.

Behind them is Penn State, who remained the No. 2 team in the nation. LSU, fresh off a win over rivals Florida, also stayed at their spot at No. 3.

Rounding out the top five is a No. 4 Miami team which beat a ranked South Florida and a No. 5 Georgia team that knocked off a ranked Tennessee on the road in overtime.

The value of those wins meant Oregon fell from No. 4 to No. 6 in this week's poll.

Ohio State received 55 first-place votes, Penn State received five first-place votes, Miami earned three first-place votes, and Oregon had one.

Ohio State retained their perch atop the top-25 as the No. 1 team in the nation for Week 4

(L-R) Georgia Tech, Vanderbilt, and USC all climbed into the top-25 for the first time this year

Completing the top-ten, Florida State jumped up three spots to No. 7, Texas fell one spot to No. 8, Illinois held their spot at No. 9, and Texas A&M rose all the way up to No. 10.

Texas A&M had the biggest rise of any team in the top-25 - jumping up six spots from the week prior after their late defeat of Notre Dame.

The Fighting Irish were, inversely, the biggest losers of the poll - falling 16 spots to No. 24.

This week's poll saw three new additions to the list.

Georgia Tech's walk-off victory over rivals No. 12 Clemson saw them re-join the poll at No. 18.

Clemson, meanwhile, fell off the list entirely.

It's the same case for Vanderbilt.

After being viewed as underdogs last season, the Commodores walked into Williams-Brice Stadium and knocked off then-No. 11 South Carolina on the road.

Vandy's win moves them up to No. 20 on the list while South Carolina fell off the poll completely.

The final new addition was USC, in at No. 25 after easily handling Purdue on the road.

Looking ahead to Week 4, the biggest game of the week will be when No. 19 Indiana hosts Big Ten rivals No. 9 Illinois.

Other games of note include No. 22 Auburn traveling to No. 11 Oklahoma, No. 21 Michigan traveling to an unranked-yet-undefeated Nebraska, and No. 17 Texas Tech on the road to No. 16 Utah.
