Dallas Mavericks All-Star Anthony Davis has undergone surgery to repair a detached retina.

According to ESPN's Shams Charania, Davis suffered the injury during the season and played through several hits to his face.

Davis is expected to be fully healthy for the Mavericks' next training camp.
