Jordon Hudson was back on the North Carolina sideline in Chapel Hill, only this time, she got to enjoy a victory upon taking her seat.

Tar Heels football coach Bill Belichick’s 24-year-old girlfriend was seen laughing prior to Saturday’s 41-6 win over visiting Richmond at Kenan Memorial Stadium. Not only did she pose for photos with her 73-year-old boyfriend, but she was also seen engaging with various well-wishers during warmups.

Hudson did make a cameo appearance on the sideline prior to UNC’s opening loss to TCU but held off last week in Charlotte as the Tar Heels picked up their first win of the season. Afterwards she was seen chitchatting with Belichick as he enjoyed a celebratory Coca-Cola near the team busses.

Unlike last week in Charlotte, where she wore an all-white ensemble, Hudson had a black-hooded sweatshirt on Saturday.

Her presence at UNC games has drawn the interest of fans and non-fans alike. Previously, both school officials and Belichick stressed that she is not a UNC employee and therefore has no reason to be on the sideline during games.

However, she has served as Belichick’s de facto publicist and is rarely far away from the legendary coach, even when he is working with his young team.

Hudson has become a local celebrity in Chapel Hill, where she was recently seen taking selfies with supporters on Wednesday.

She and Belichick were dealt a minor blow this week as their applications for various trademarks were rejected.

The 73-year-old coach and 24-year-old ex-college cheerleader recently filed for a number of trademarks through TCE Rights Management, an LLC owned by Belichick and managed by Hudson. Those applications included the phrases: 'Do Your Job (Bill's Version),' 'Ignore the Noise (Bill's Version),' 'The Belestrator (Bill's Version)' and 'No Days Off (Bill's Version).'

Unfortunately for Belichick and Hudson, the Patriots previously trademarked similar phrases in 2009, 2013 and 2017, when he was still coaching in Foxborough.

The couple had several trademark applications rejected by the federal government last week

Belichick is now 2-1 at North Carolina, but he is still looking for his first signature win at UNC

As a result, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has rejected those four applications, writing in an official decision last week that 'it is likely consumers would be confused, mistaken or deceived as to the commercial source of the goods and/or services of the parties.'

There is good news for Belichick and Hudson: The couple's curious attempt to trademark 'Gold Digger' for jewelry and key chains remains pending, as do a number of other applications, such as 'Chapel Bill (Bill's Version)' and 'The Dynasty (Bill's Version).'

The reference to 'Bill's version' is a nod to an apparel slogan that was popularized after Taylor Swift began dating Chiefs star Travis Kelce in 2023. The t-shirts and sweatshirts feature a logo, similar to the NFL's, with 'Taylor's Version' written inside the crest.
