Glamorous LPGA star Charley Hull has revealed what she chatted about with Donald Trump when the golfer was a guest at the state banquet held at Windsor Castle in the US President's honour on Wednesday evening.

British star Hull was one of a number of representatives from the President's favourite sport, along with golfing icon Sir Nick Faldo.

The US President, 79, and First Lady Melania were joined by his daughter Tiffany Trump and her business executive husband, Michael Boulos, as they were hosted by King Charles and Queen Camilla

The 29-year-old will have been excited to meet Trump, having previously gushed over the President and called for him to be 'head of the UK'.

Hull also performed the 'Trump dance' on the fairway last year, during last November's The Annika tournament on the LPGA Tour.

But Hull had the opportunity to speak to the President himself on Wednesday night - and revealed that he had a special request for her.

Hull revealed that the President - of whom she is a big fan - even had a request for her

'I spoke to him last night and he has invited me (to play),' Hull said BBC Radio 5 Live on Thursday afternoon.

'He has said he wants to sort a game out. That is pretty cool. Last year he reached out actually to my agent and he wanted to play at the end of the year but I think I was going on holiday.

'We spoke about it last night and we are really going to try and sort a game out before the end of the year which will be pretty cool.'

Hull went on to shared that she 'spoke to him for a little while', adding: 'He is a lovely man and I really got on with him.

'I will look forward to playing golf with him and he was very engaging with everyone. We were just talking about golf and he knows a few players on the LPGA Tour and some of the guys as well.'

Hull arrived in Windsor on Wednesday fresh off having claimed victory at the Kroger Queen City Championship presented by P&G, her first win on the American circuit in over three years.

But she looked a world away from her professional uniform at the glittering event, sharing behind-the-scenes pictures of her outfit on Instagram.

The 29-year-old previously went viral for smoking cigarettes while competing on the tour

Hull dazzled in a gold halter neck gown, complementing her dress with classic diamond stud earrings and wearing her platinum blonde tresses in an intricate up-do.

As well as cutting a glamorous figure on the tour, Hull has also become notorious for smoking cigarettes while competing.

But in March of this year, Hull revealed that she had quit smoking on the heels of a staggering £10,000 bet with that she would not smoke for two months.

Hull has not been pictured smoking on the green since.
