'Call Her Daddy' host Alex Cooper was loudly booed at Wrigley Field on Sunday night as she 'made a mockery' of a seventh-inning stretch singing performance.

Cooper was given the honor of singing 'Take Me Out to the Ballgame' as the Cubs played the Cardinals, but Chicago fans hated her performance, with the podcasting mogul performing the baseball tradition in an exaggerated fashion.

'Alright Daddy Gang and Cubs fans, are you ready?,' she asked the crowd, before beginning her rendition and earning the scorn of the Wrigley crowd.

She started laughing at one point in the performance, while she finished off the act by having two of her 'Unwell' employees lift her in the air.

And fans were livid with Cooper.

'She made a complete mockery out of the song. Leading the Stretch at Wrigley is an honor, and this was insulting,' one wrote on X.

Alex Cooper belted out a much-criticized rendition of 'Take Me Out to the Ballgame'

Her performance ended by her being hoisted in the air as fans at Wrigley field booed

'You have the opportunity to do something so exciting and memorable at a historical ballpark and this is what you do….ohmygod,' another said.

'Horrendous,' a third chimed in.

'She has always been painfully unfunny & her show is emblematic of so much that’s wrong in our society and culture,' a fourth said of the podcaster.

And a fifth succinctly stated: 'The 7th inning stretch is for the fans, and Alex made it all about herself.'

Ultimately, Cooper's performance was likely forgotten by fans in attendance as Chicago beat their St. Louis rivals 11-0 to win the series.

No team other than the Dodgers (56-35) has a better record than the Cubs (54-36).

Cooper's name was in the news last month after she claimed her former Boston University soccer coach Nancy Feldman sexually harassed her.

The allegations from Cooper, who played at the school from 2013-15, were revealed in her new Hulu documentary, 'Call Me Alex,' at the start of June

The University later responded Cooper's claims and insisted they 'remain committed to fostering a safe and secure campus environment'.

Cooper recently claimed she was sexually harassed by a Boston University head soccer coach

A letter defending Feldman was later signed by 99 women's soccer alums of the school.

However, former BU player Sophia Woodland told PEOPLE that Feldman was a 'manipulator.

'The first word that comes to mind is just 'horrible,' she said. 'She is awful. She, I think, puts on a really good front.'
