Yankees star Jazz Chisholm was left in agony on Thursday night as he fouled a ball into his private parts.
Chisholm was at the plate in the top of the seventh inning against the Orioles' Jose Castillo and found himself down 0-2 in the count.
And while the Bahamian kept the at-bat alive, it came at quite the cost as he ricocheted the ball into his genitals.
Chisholm looked to be in extreme pain as he dropped to his knee and put his head down.
And Yankees manager Aaron Boone even came over to console him as he patted his player on the back.
'Yeah, that's never fun...', Jon Smoltz said on the FOX broadcast of the game.

Ultimately, Chisholm lasted just one more pitch in the at-bat as he was struck out swinging after dusting himself off.
He ended the game with one hit in two at-bats after entering as a pinch hitter.
Meanwhile, it was a positive night for the Yankees as they beat Baltimore 7-0 and improved to 86-67 on the year.
New York's season hit a swoon over the summer as they tallied just a 25-27 record over June and July.
However, they've picked things up since then and lead the AL Wild Card standings with nine games to play.
The Yankees will face the Orioles a total of six more times either side of three games against the White Sox.
A matchup at Baltimore on Friday is up next.
