Aston Villa are among the Premier League clubs weighing up a move for Manchester United outcast Alejandro Garnacho.
Chelsea and Tottenham have been monitoring Garnacho’s deteriorating situation at Old Trafford, and Villa are understood to have registered their interest in the 21-year-old Argentina winger.
Atletico Madrid have also been linked with their former academy player, and United rejected an approach from Napoli in January, but Garnacho is said to be keen to stay in the Premier League.
He has been training away from the first-team since returning to Carrington last Thursday when he worked out with Marcus Rashford, another member of the five-man bomb-squad.
While United would consider loan moves for Rashford, Jadon Sancho, Antony and Tyrell Malacia, they are hoping to sell Garnacho who would generate maximum profit under financial fair play rules.
He was previously valued at around £70million, but it’s unlikely clubs would be prepared to offer that much now considering his fractious fallout with United.

Garnacho sparked controversy last month by posting a picture of himself wearing Rashford’s No.9 Villa shirt
Garnacho sparked controversy last month by posting a picture of himself wearing Rashford’s No.9 Villa shirt after the England star spent the second half of last season on loan at the Midlands club.
United have been linked with a move for Villa striker Ollie Watkins and goalkeeper Emi Martinez amid renewed speculation over the Argentina goalkeeper in South America this week.
Garnacho’s career at United is coming to an end after head coach Ruben Amorim told him to find a new club as a result of his reaction to being benched for the Europa League final defeat to Tottenham in May.
After being given more time away from Carrington last week to explore a move, Garnacho and the other four outcasts have now been summoned back to the training ground but can only enter the complex in the evenings when Amorim and the rest of the squad have left.
They have also been told to report for training this weekend when United are in Stockholm for their opening pre-season friendly against Leeds.
