Caitlin Clark was left stunned after one of her Indiana Fever teammates performed a lewd sexual act on her while celebrating their WNBA Commissioner's Cup triumph.

Despite Clark being ruled out of Tuesday night's final with a groin injury, Indiana still ran out 74-59 winners over the Minnesota Lynx to claim the trophy, with Natasha Howard putting up a game-high 16 points in the victory.

And after getting their hands on silverware, Fever players headed back to the locker room for a wild party which caused quite a stir online.

Clark, who has been out of action for the past week, was at the center of the most viral moment from the locker-room festivities after joining her teammates to celebrate the victory on Tuesday night.

The reigning WNBA Rookie of the Year was leaning over to talk to the camera during an Instagram live recording when Fever guard Sydney Colson snuck up from behind and jokingly tried to dry hump her.

'Woah bro,' Clark said as she jumped up in shock before laughing, 'absolutely not, no thank you!'

Elsewhere in the celebrations, new Indiana hero Sophie Cunningham was also seen twerking in front of the camera during the same Instagram live session.

Cunningham has become a fan favorite in recent weeks after coming to Clark's rescue when tempers flared during last month's game against the Connecticut Sun.

After her star teammate was brutally shoved to the ground by Connecticut's Marina Mabrey following an altercation with Jacy Sheldon, the Fever guard was later praised for committing a hard and blatant foul of her own on the latter.

'It was a buildup for a couple of years now of [referees] just not protecting the star player of the WNBA,' Cunningham said after the game about Clark.

'And so at the end of the day, I'm going to protect my teammates. That's what I do. And I'm a team player, so it's all good.'

Tuesday night's WNBA Cup win means Cunningham, Clark and Co will share a $500,000 prize pool while also taking home the trophy.

Indiana last clinched the WNBA Championship back in 2012, meaning it was the first time the franchise has been able to celebrate a title win for over a decade.

Next up for the team is the visit of the Las Vegas Aces to Gainbridge Fieldhouse on Thursday night.
