Prediction time!

Oh, it's been a while, hasn't it?

When I first started live blogging, I always used to do a post where I would ask for your predictions and share mine. It was good craic.

To be honest, I have no idea why I stopped doing it.

But today I have decided to bring it back, so please send over your predictions to me. You can do that via email or by just wacking it in the comments section.

I want you all involved, so shoot them over!

In the meantime, I will give you mine: Tottenham 3-1 Fulham. The Cottagers will only score late on, too.

Tottenham's derby day woes

Tottenham will want to avoid an unwanted stat today.

They have lost 1-0 against Chelsea and 4-1 against Arsenal in their last two league London derbies.

They’ve not lost three in a row in the same campaign since September/October 2021 (a run of four).

Do I think it will become four today?

Honestly, no. I have a feeling Spurs are going to click into gear tonight and put on a real show.

Why? Just an inkling.

'Frank is finding out Spurs are just odd'

Chris Sutton, former Chelsea striker, on BBC Sport:

As Thomas Frank is finding out, Tottenham are just an odd club. Some Spurs fans are questioning whether he has the credentials to manage them, which I don't understand. All he needs is time Spurs are a big club, but that's from their distant history, not from what they have done since 1992. They are well-supported and have got a fantastic stadium, but you don't win trophies for those things either. They need to get things right on the pitch but when they have brought in a manager who did win something with them, Ange Postecoglou, they have sacked him. I am sure Spurs will improve, if Frank is given a chance. They played well in defeat against Paris St-Germain on Wednesday and that makes me think they might have too much for Fulham.

Frank: 'I'm very aware that I need to win'

Thomas Frank, Tottenham manager, speaking on Friday:

We are facing a completely different game on Saturday, a game where we hopefully will be more on the ball and then need to, how can you say, open Fulham up. I think actually Fulham, maybe they don't have the points they maybe want, but I've watched a lot of their games and watch even more now, and they've performed well. I think they've been quite unlucky with some of the results, so that will be a different challenge, but that we're up for, looking forward to it. I'm happy. I'm pleased with the performance and response we got from the players against PSG. I think we did the aggressivity in the high pressure, the forwardness, the intensity we played with, should have earned us a point of points against PSG, but a bit of randomness to set piece these goals we can't concede and some game management that we didn't, and that's the bit we need to learn from. We said from the beginning when I walked in the club, every decision I take is to do everything I can to win the next game, but it's for the long run. If you can't build something that lasts, it doesn't matter. I'm very aware that I need to win, and the day after tomorrow, and the day after, the day after tomorrow, and the day after the day, and so on. That's what it's all about. I think football is extremely fascinating, and it's so complex that we all try to analyse and understand it. Look at Liverpool now. A manager in Arne Slot I admire massively, stepping into the first season in the Premier League, he won it, incredible in every way, and now they are struggling a bit. They have a bad spell. I'm convinced he'll find a way out of that, but I don't think anyone predicted that before the start of the season. That's just sometimes football. That's the thing we sometimes struggle to understand.

Sorry Spurs in dire need of win

This is what you call a must-win game.

Tottenham's honeymoon period under Thomas Frank well and truly came to a crashing halt last week.

They were battered by rivals Arsenal in the north London derby and then they shipped five to PSG.

As Kendrick Lamar would say: Humbled.

Toittenham fans are getting increasingly upset with how their team is playing, and of course, their results. I have even seen some calls for Frank to go.

Now, that seems ridiculous, but he does need to start getting some results soon. They have only won one of their last six games in all competitions.

Tonight seems a better time than ever to start picking up some points again, but that's easier said than done.

Fulham ain't no pushover, Frank's side need to be on their A game.

Fulham Team News - Chukwueze starts

Just the one change for Fulham.

Marco Silva drafts in Samuel Chukwueze following his assist last week against Sunderland. Kevin is dropped.

Happy with the team, Cottagers?

Tottenham Team News - Kudus STARTS

Is this another back five?

I think it might be as Thomas Frank starts Archie Gray yet again, making four changes from the side that lost at PSG.

Cristian Romero is out through suspension, so Kevin Danso starts, while Joao Palhinha, Mohammed Kudus, and Destiny Udogie also come in.

Randal Kolo Muani keeps his spot after his brace in midweek.

Excited for team news?

Somebody is a happy boy...

The Tottenham players have arrived, and Xavi Simons is seemingly in a brilliant mood, messing around with Pedro Porro.

Does this mean that he has been brought into the starting line-up by Thomas Frank today?

Well, funnily enough, no. He is on the bench.

The bloke obviously just loves hanging out with his boy Porro,a nd ain't nothing wrong with that.

I will give you the rest of the team news very soon.

Under the lights

Are there many better places?

You have your Anfield's, your Old Trafford's, and your St. James' Park's, which are all incredible stadiums for nighttime football, but Tottenham's beaut of a ground certainly has tp be up there with them.

I mean, just look at this picture. The place is stunning when the sun goes down.

Without fans in it looks even better.

Last but not least

One more game.

An entertaining Saturday of Premier League football will come to a close at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

A Spurs side that has taken a right beating in the past seven days face off against a Fulham side that seems rejuvenated once more.

On paper, is it the most exciting game? No. But does that mean it's going to be boring and you'll want to wish you never followed along? Also no.

I've got a sneaky little feeling that it could be a cracker of a match.

These two teams can put on a show when they are in the mood, and I'm hoping they are both in that mood this evening.

So, without further ado, let's get crackalacking.
