Aaron Rodgers is set to play for the Pittsburgh Steelers today despite having 'at least three' fractures in his wrist, according to a bombshell new report.

Rodgers, 41, suffered an injury in his non-throwing wrist two weeks ago against the Cincinnati Bengals, leading to him missing a narrow loss to the Chicago Bears.

After begging the team to let him play, he is getting his wish against the Bills later today - but some horrifying details of his injuries have now been revealed.

NFL insider Ian Rapoport is reporting that Rodgers has 'at least three' fractures in his wrist, more than initial one that was reported by the team.

While none are 'displaced', it is sure to be an extremely painful experience for the veteran quarterback, who is fighting to take Pittsburgh into the playoffs after a 6-5 start to the season.

NFL teams are mandated by the league to publicly disclose when players' bones are broken, hence the open nature of reporting when it comes to Rodgers' issue.

Rodgers is also reported to have wanted to play on against the Bengals, immediately after suffering the fractures in his wrist.

The toughness displayed by the team's quarterback is said to have further strengthened his relationship with the rest of the roster, with Rapoport claiming that teammates have been left impressed by his resolve.

Despite his injury, Rodgers practiced in full at the end of the week, leading to head coach Mike Tomlin confirming that he is a full go for Week 13.

After Baltimore's loss against Cincinnati on Thanksgiving, Pittsburgh has a huge opportunity to open up a lead at the top of the AFC North - ahead of the two teams playing against each other in Week 14.

Through his first 10 games with the Steelers, Rodgers has thrown for 1,969 yards, 19 touchdowns and seven interceptions, with his highest passer rating since 2021.
