Rangers worked hard but were totally outclassed by Roma are remain without a point in the Europa League

Danny Rohl's side are bottom of the 36-team table but who was out of their depth and who showed signs of life last night? 

 RANGERS (3-4-2-1): TEAM AVERAGE - 5.0.

JACK BUTLAND - 5: Helpless for the two goals but was not over worked in goal as Roma were content to keep the ball after the damage was done.

JAMES TAVERNIER - 5.5: Captain stuck to his task on the right side of a back three. Suckered in slightly for the second Roma goal.

JOHN SOUTTAR - 4.5: Caught napping when Dovbyk set up the second goal. That major lapse of concentration put the game beyond Rangers.

NASSER DJIGA - 5: Lost his man at the back post for the opener. Distribution under pressure was okay but still fails to convince on the whole.

MAX AARONS - 6 : Attempted to link up with Gassama down the right flank. Switched to left-back after the interval and held his own.

CONNOR BARRON - 5.5: Failed to physically compete against the Roma midfield. Did okay after coming back from suspension at the weekend. 

NICOLAS RASKIN - 4.5: Fought a losing battle in the engine room against Cristante. Tried to drop deep to make things happen to no avail.

JAYDEN MEGHOMA - 3: Looked completely lost and lack of defensive capability was alarming. Out of his depth at this level. Hooked at half-time.

DJEIDI GASSAMA - 6: Looked completely lost and lack of defensive capability was alarming. Out of his depth at this level. Hooked at half-time.

MIKEY MOORE - 5: Spurs loanee had some nice touches but easily shrugged off the ball and lots to learn in the dirty side of the game. 

YOUSSEF CHERMITI - 5: Flashed a decent early effort just wide. Much-maligned £8million signing then passed up a better chance. Worked hard.
