Follow Daily Mail Sport's live blog for the latest score, team news and updates as Chelsea take on Nottingham Forest in the Premier League at the City Ground, with Tom Collomosse and Kieran Gill reporting from the grounds.

Cole Palmer out for SIX more weeks

A big blow for Chelsea was confirmed yesterday, with star man Cole Palmer set to be out of action for six more weeks with a groin issue.

The attacking midfielder last played on September 20 in the defeat by Manchester United, when he was substituted early with the injury.

And it will be a while yet, with Maresca confirming it will be a while yet.

It is hoped that Palmer could yet return for the end of November, which is when they will face Barcelona in the Champions League on the 25th.

And here's the Blues team!

Joao Pedro does indeed start having missed Brazil duty with an injury, but Enzo Fernandez doesn't make it after he left the Argentina camp early.

Josh Acheampong gets the nod in central defence, with Romeo Lavia also included.

Andrey Santos looks like he will be playing in the No 10 role.

Here's the team Ange Postecoglou has put out today.

Looks to me that Oleksandr Zinchenko may be lining up in midfield. But it's quite a defensive team, with three centre backs named as well as Zinchenko, Andersen and Douglas Luiz named.

Taiwo Awoniyi leads the line.

How the table looks

Here's the top and bottom half of the Premier League table as it stands - the whole league can be viewed any time on the Premier League section of the Daily Mail website.

Chelsea could rise up to third with a convincing win here, ahead of the other sides playing this weekend.

Forest could end the weekend in the bottom three - bottom, even - but could also, realistically, go 14th.

Blues on the up

Last time out was an important game for Chelsea, who were slipping down the Premier League table and had just lost against Brighton.

It was a tough task against Liverpool, but they got the job done in seriously dramatic fashion.

It was Estevao who popped up with a 90 minute winner, causing Maresca to sprint down the touchline - and get sent off - in celebration.

I'm sure they would take more of the same today, but with perhaps a bit less stress.

Forest continue to struggle

It's been a disastrous reign for Ange Postecoglou since he took over from Nuno earlier this season.

Forest are 17th in the Premier League table and yet to win a game under the Australian. They are in freefall, picking up one point from their last five games, and were beaten comfortably by Newcastle last time out.

There are already murmurs that he could be on his way, and defeat here could well be the final straw.

That image of his players all walking past him after the Newcastle defeat was striking, by the way.
