Harry Kane said this Arsenal team are different to the one Bayern Munich have pummelled in the past and is relishing the two 'best teams in the world' facing off.
Both teams are unbeaten in the Champions League this season, ranking first and second in the league phase after four games each.
Yet Bayern have an intimidating record over the Gunners in the last decade, winning four of the last five encounters and scoring five goals on three separate occasions to embarrass the north London club.
The German giants last triumphed over Arsenal in 2024, winning over two legs in the quarter-finals, while ex-Tottenham striker Kane himself has been prolific against the north London club.
The 32-year-old has struck six goals at the Emirates against Arsenal, which is more than any other visiting player in history. Across the board, he has hit 15 goals in 21 games against the Gunners.
When asked about Arsenal's development since both teams met two seasons ago, Kane said: 'They've become more solid, they have more experience but they play similarly to how they did back then. Defensively, their structure is better.

Kane was speaking ahead of Bayern Munich's clash with Arsenal at the Emirates
'They've gained experience in the Champions League, which has made them better and helped them grow. That's why they're in the position they're in right now. It will be a good test for us tomorrow.
'Two of the best teams in the world will be going at each other, and we're looking forward to this game. It will be a good opportunity to test ourselves.'
Meanwhile, Mikel Arteta said Arsenal are incomparable to their European heavyweight opponents because they have yet to win the Champions League.
Vincent Kompany's Bayern have won the European Cup six times — and it is something Arteta is keenly aware of.
On whether the Gunners are ready to be considered one of the elite European teams, Arteta said: 'If you talk about performances and consistency, hopefully yes, but to consider that in terms of the trophies at that level, I mean, we have never won the Champions League in our history, and Bayern Munich have won it six times.
'So, we are not there. (If) we compare with Real Madrid, they're (in) a different universe.'
