Follow Daily Mail Sport's live blog for the latest score, team news and updates as Fulham host Arsenal in the Premier League at Craven Cottage, with Riath Al-Samarrai reporting from the grounds.

HALF TIME! Fulham 0-0 Arsenal

Sessegnon's long throw is cleared and Arsenal break. They then win a corner off Jimenez.

In again - Leno gathers and drops it, but Wilson eventually heads away., and Rice's cross drifts out of play.

The England midfield then swings one wide to end the half.

There's the whistle. What an absolute bore of a first half.

Fulham 0-0 Arsenal

Diop is going to have to get up to speed quickly with this. Losing Andersen is a blow for Fulham.

Cuenca heads behind to give Arsenal another corner. Saka to take...

Leno punches it away but Arsenal recycle possession. Now a break in play after Wilson takes one to the face from point blank range.

Six minutes added on.

INJURY! Fulham 0-0 Arsenal

Three players are now getting treatment. Josh King is having a concussion check, Joachim Andersen has done his calf I think - he is replaced by Issa Diop - and Tom Cairney is still having his back rubbed.

An early change for Fulham, then.

Fulham 0-0 Arsenal

Finally the defence is breached somewhat - Saka feeds Gyokeres and the forward shoots from a tough angle and it's saved easily enough by Leno.

Calafiori then shins one over the bar. He is such a threat.

Saka wins a corner as Jimenez comes back to defend.

Saka's corner is poor but the second cross finds Gabriel. Fulham defend well enough, though, and we now have a blow to the head, so the game is paused.

It's King, who received a slap from his own team-mate in Jimenez.

Fulham 0-0 Arsenal

Tom Cairney is down holding his back/neck and receives some treatment, but is fine to carry on.

Good block from Andersen to deny Calafiori. Arsenal really are struggling to find a way through here.

A corner for the Gunners. Ends with Eze's shot being blocked. Weird they didn't put that into the box.

Fulham 0-0 Arsenal

Ball over for Saka is cut out by Cuenca, who has been playing well in these early minutes.

Calafiori's cross is then cut out, and Timber's ball back in is poor. Fulham are not making this easy for Arsenal.

King's cross nearly goes in! He didn't mean it, but the 18-year-old forces Raya to slap over his own bar and wins his side a corner. It ends with Sessegnon volleying wide.

CLOSE! Fulham 0-0 Arsenal

Oh that is very nice from Fulham! Wilson is causing all sorts of issues,

Iwobi finds him in a nice little pocket of space on the right and he wastes no time cutting inside and shooting. At the risk of sounding like Michael Owen, if it's in the corner, it's in. But he drags it wide!

'Saka second best'

An early observation that is doomed to age terribly – Sessegnon is shading his duel with Saka currently.
Rare to see Saka up against a full back who can stand up to his acceleration and agility.

Fulham 0-0 Arsenal

Josh King goes on a nice little run and forces Declan Rice to head behind, winning a corner.

Wilson takes, and it goes out for another. Nothing comes of that one.

Arsenal are settling more and more here. Leno has to gather a high ball.

'Shaky from Arsenal'

A couple of shaky minutes for Arsenal and it’s all coming through Harry Wilson.
Calafiori is playing very high up the pitch and it’s leaving just enough of a pocket for Wilson to attack.

VAR! Fulham 0-0 Arsenal

GOALLLLL! Oh - nope, nope. Pause.

I thought Calafiori had given Arsenal the lead with a banger but the flag is up and it's the correct decision.

Timber goes long and finds Trossard, who gives it to Calafiori first time. The Italian sweeps it into the top corner, but the flag is up.

Fulham 0-0 Arsenal

Harry Wilson comes forward and earns his side a corner. Arsenal are almost done at their own game - a set piece routine sees Cairney pick up the ball on the edge of the box and shoot, but Zubimendi blocks. May have been going wide anyway.

Berge then plays in the Welshman and he looks to place it, but it's wide.

Encouraging for the hosts!

Fulham 0-0 Arsenal

Trossard slices the ball out of play before a free kick threatens to provide Arsenal with an opportunity but doesn't quite.

Rice then plays Gyokeres in but no one is there to meet his pull back.

Just wanted to share this stat pack from out friends at Squawka ahead of today, too. Really good detail.

Fulham 0-0 Arsenal

Fulham are on the ball early here but Arsenal are pressing high and force Cuenca to play the ball out.

Gabriel heads away Iwobi's cross - one of two former Arsenal men in the Fulham team today, along with Bernd Leno.

Gyokeres then tries to get on the end of a long ball, but Leno gathers.

A steady start to this London derby.

KICK OFF: Fulham 0-0 Arsenal

After Bukayo Saka and Tom Cairney take part in the coin toss, the hosts get us underway.

It's never easy going away from home, but Arsenal will feel as confident as they ever have here today.

Let's see what the game brings!

Here come the teams!

Right then! The teams are on their ways out at Craven Cottage.

How we feeling, Arsenal fans? You are no longer top... but a win will take you there again!

Silva linked with Nottingham Forest

As you may or may not have seen, Ange Postecoglou was sacked earlier today - just 19 minutes after his side lost against Chelsea.

One man linked with the job is Marco Silva. Weird, right?

He was as short as 4/1 earlier on with some betting sites. I'm sure he'll stay with Fulham, but his name does keep cropping up.

Redknapp: 'He will take this opportunity'

Jamie Redknapp, former Liverpool midfielder, Sky Sports:

I they don't have players play, they can always have someone come in, and Eze is a really great signing. He gives you quality and he will take this opportunity.
It is fantastic, he seems to be thriving.

Players warming up

The Arsenal players are out getting warm here at Craven Cottage. Good job, too - I make it around 15 degrees Celcius, but, according to my trusty weather app, it feels like 12.

The warm up kit is not as snazzy as the tracksuit, I must say.

Elsewhere today

I was about to write a post saying that Arsenal had lost their place at the top of the Premier League, but Crystal Palace's last-minute equaliser against Bournemouth means the Cherries do not go top!

Here's a full breakdown of today's results so far:

  • Nottingham Forest 0-3 Chelsea
  • Brighton 2-1 Newcastle
  • Burnley 2-0 Leeds
  • Crystal Palace 3-3 Bournemouth
  • Man City 2-0 Everton
  • Sunderland 2-0 Wolves

What the odds say

Here is what our friends at SkyBet say about the odds for today's game:

  • Fulham 6/1
  • Draw 16/5
  • Arsenal 4/9

Very convincing...

'Arsenal's depth is ludicrous'

Only changed for Arsenal today is Zubimendi starting in place of the injured Odegaard, which makes for the same XI Arteta reverted to when the Norwegian was injured against West Ham.
I was at that game and actually Arsenal improved in the second configuration, with Zubimendi taking a slightly deeper position than Odegaard. As we have said over and again, and as Marco Silva pointed out with a whiff of jealousy this week, Arsenal’s depth is just ludicrous.

Arsenal are in the house

Arsenal's players are in the house. Snazzy tracksuits. Jheez, I sound like my grandad.

This is a team on a mission and it does indeed seem a little bit different from last season.

Arsenal have a really good run of fixtures coming up, too.

Arteta: 'Our defence gives us a platform'

Mikel Arteta, Arsenal manager:

What we did at Newcastle, West Ham as well. In the last two seasons as well, we lost against them at home. So that's an opportunity tomorrow. We know that it's a really tough place to go. A very well-coached team and we're going to have to be at our best tomorrow.
The defence is a platform to build performances and results, that's for sure. And we want to consistently be able to defend at that level. In order to do that is how as well how we attack and how committed everybody is to do what we have to do. And if we continue to do that, it's going to give us a big chance to get where we want.

Silva: 'Not worth comparing'

Marco Silva, Fulham manager:

They don’t have Madueke, they have Saka, it’s not bad, not bad at all. The other one you said was Havertz? They have Gyokeres who cost them £75 million. I think it’s a waste of time if you’re going to compare.
They have Eze who is not bad too, I think you have to move on. I think it’s clear, with the long-term injury of Gabriel Jesus last season, they didn’t have Havertz, without them it was more difficult. I saw them playing with another player there with Merino, Trossard.
They had this issue last season with Havertz and Jesus, what they did they saw it, analysed it and signed Gyokeres. Even with the injury to Havertz and Gabriel Jesus they are ready to start with a striker, and about Saka it’s more or less the same thing, with Odegaard it’s more or less the same thing.
I think they can adapt to these unfortunate moments that all the teams have, like we have right now, probably the worst in my time at the club because we never had both strikers out at the same time, they are showing they have the conditions to handle it and deal with it so the level does not drop.

Arsenal flying high

The Gunners have not looked back since defeat by Liverpool at the end of August. While Arne Slot's men have stumbled, Mikel Arteta's have won nearly every game since and now top the Premier League.

Last time out, they had an easy win as you can ask for as they beat West Ham 2-0, having also got the better of Newcastle in the game before that.

Is this their year? Just maybe.

Defeat for Fulham last time out

It was defeat last time out for Fulham, who have had the most average of average starts this season: two wins, two draws, three defeats from seven games.

I was actually at the game, and they were alright against Bournemouth, going 1-0 up in the second half before proper collapsing.

Not an idea result and, if they want to challenge for Europe in some way this season, they will want to pick up quickly.

Today is proper the worst fixture they could have in their bid to do that.
