The Milwaukee Brewers 'Karen' and Los Angeles Dodgers fan she racially abused have both received stadium bans after the viral incident, according to reports.

In a video which has been viewed over a million times on X, the female Milwaukee supporter in question, who has been named online as Shannon Kobylarczyk, is captured threatening to call ICE on Ricardo Fosado - a US citizen and war veteran.

During the Dodgers' 5-1 playoff win over the Brewers on Tuesday night, Fosado initially taunts the home fans sat around him while asking: 'Why's everybody so quiet? What is this?'

The 'Karen' then hits back by saying 'Let's call ICE,' before Fosado urges her to do so and fumes: 'I'm a US citizen, war veteran baby girl. Two wars. ICE can not do anything to me.' She also tries to slap his phone away and calls him a 'p***y'.

According to Fox 11 Los Angeles, it took less than 24 hours for Kobylarczyk to be fired by her employers ManPowerGroup - a global workforce solutions company which has offices in Milwaukee.

Yet Kobylarczyk is not the only one to have been punished over the dispute, as both she and Fosado have been banned from returning to the Brewers' American Family Field ballpark in future, the team has confirmed to Daily Mail.

The MLB franchise insists it does not condone 'offensive statements fans make to each other about race, gender or national origin.'

'Our priority is to ensure that all in attendance have a safe and enjoyable experience at the ballpark,' the Brewers stressed.

Fosado, who has worked as a chief executive for general contractor company Foxtrot Construction, told Fox 11 that he and a friend were ejected from American Family Field over the dispute, meaning they missed the last three innings of the game.

While he claims to have not been given a reason at the time, the Brewers' statement added: 'In this instance, the Milwaukee Police Department dealt with the individual who was ejected for actions apart from the events depicted in this video, including disorderly conduct and public intoxication.

'Separately, video shows that the other individual involved in the argument became physical in the course of her interactions with the person who was ejected.

'For these reasons and in accordance with our Guest Code of Conduct specific to ejections and physical confrontations, both fans are being notified that they are not allowed to return to the ballpark for future events.'

The Daily Mail has contacted the Milwaukee Brewers, ManPowerGroup and Ricardo Fosado for more information.

Kobylarczyk appears to have deleted her LinkedIn and Facebook pages amid the outrage over her disgusting tirade. Fox 11 also claims she resigned as a board member of the Wisconsin branch of the Make a Wish Foundation.

On the original Instagram post by @savagecycles87, which shared the video and named her as the alleged culprit, ManPowerGroup replied in the comments to confirm she has been dismissed.

'As soon as we became aware of this video the individual was placed on immediate leave and we began an investigation,' the company wrote.

'As a result of this process, the employee is no longer with the organization. We remain committed to maintaining a culture grounded in respect, integrity, and accountability.'

The latest viral bust-up from a baseball game comes a month after the infamous 'Phillies Karen' was filmed arguing with a fellow supporter over a home ball run.

She was booed out of the Phillies-Marlins game on September 5 and slammed on social media for taking the ball from a father who had retrieved it for his young son.
