Do these photos prove Tammy was NEVER part of Bailey Smith's plan? As their romance cools, we reveal the big moves the Cats star is making closer to home

Their romance had even the most prudish and traditional of AFL fans whispering into their iPhones, 'Hey Siri - who is Tammy Hembrow?'

But as reports emerge that things are cooling off for influencer Tammy and Geelong Cats golden boy Bailey Smith, we can reveal the midfielder is busy making big changes to his $4million Surf Coast home.

Smith, who is one of the favourites to win the Brownlow Medal this year, has recently posted photos of the upgrades he is making to his home on Victoria's southwest coast.

The 24-year-old purchased the sprawling 5.8-hectare property at Bellbrae last year and is reportedly loving the peace and quiet... when he doesn't have heavy equipment driving around his lawns.

Over the past week, Smith has posted a series of images of excavators and earthmovers working on huge areas of his garden.

The pictures show the work being conducted over several days, with tradies digging deep into the soil.

Now reports suggest the couple (pictured kissing on the Gold Coast) will no longer be attending the Brownlows together

One of the pictures, tagged 'taking shape', shows a Bobcat working about three feet below the level of the lawn, with another showing an excavator piling up dirt.

Another photo is tagged '@endlessturf', which takes you to the Instagram page for the Endlessturf landscaping company.

The business – which is followed by Smith on the platform – specialises in premium artificial grass installations including sports surfaces like tennis courts and golf putting greens, as well as lawns for residential projects.

A few days after he started the posts, Smith showed his followers images of what appeared to be the finished product with the lawn looking very well-manicured.

In a subsequent post, he revealed that he has had light poles installed in the newly revamped section of the property.

Smith bought the four-bedroom home in September 2024, just weeks before he officially became Geelong's highest-profile signing for years.

The 5.8-hectare property is just east of Bellbrae, which sits not far north of the world-famous Bells Beach surf break, and a half-hour drive to Geelong's home ground.

It features an orchard, heated floors, an expansive outdoor entertainment area, huge floor-to-ceiling windows and enough surrounding land to run livestock.

The 24-year-old is one of the favourites to take out the Brownlow Medal on September 22 - but while it was originally reported that Hembrow would be on his arm, there's now speculation that might not be the case

The renovations to the surrounds come just months after Smith's romance with Hembrow became the talk of the footy world.

Daily Mail exclusively revealed they'd hooked up when they went on a date on the Gold Coast in early August.

Smith flew in from Melbourne to take her to a swanky meal at Pan–Asian hotspot Rick Shores at Burleigh Heads.

The pair's chemistry was undeniable as they were seen leaving the venue hand–in–hand, laughing and whispering as they spied the Mail's photographer.

Smith and Hembrow had a second date just days later as he once again flew up to the Glitter Strip, where they cuddled up on a walk to Nobby Beach.

Their romance went Instagram official on August 29, when they shared a tender moment from their date in Melbourne.

Smith's hand was seen resting on Hembrow's leg as they dined at acclaimed restaurant Entrecôte in the inner suburb of Prahran, in a snap both shared on social media.

Their public show of affection came just 24 hours after Smith made headlines of his own at the AFL Awards, where he bravely spoke about his mental health battles while accepting his All-Australian blazer.

Hembrow had been in Melbourne on work commitments at the time, including attending a Sasha Therese event, and told reporters that Smith was a 'sweetie' and 'a good guy'.

The midfielder will be one of the biggest stars on the field when the Cats meet Hawthorn in their preliminary final on Friday night, with Geelong the clear favourites to win and progress to the grand final on September 27.

Smith is one of the favourites to take out the AFL's highest individual honour, and it was rumoured that Hembrow was set to make a jaw-dropping fashion statement on the event's famous red carpet.

The fitness mogul was said to be in talks with high-profile designers to secure a show-stopping gown for the game's night of nights at Crown in Melbourne.

However, a new report claims the pair's romance has cooled off and she won't be on his arm on the red carpet at the medal ceremony.

Smith is now said to be switching focus to his career, with the upgrades to his home suggesting he is firmly planted in Geelong and not looking for interstate romances.
