Alisha Lehmann has revealed she was the victim of a burglary for the second time in just 13 months.

The Swiss forward has been living near the idyllic Lake Como after making a move from Juventus to FC Como Women this summer.

Lehmann made the move to Italian football after spending three seasons at Aston Villa, where she struck up a romance with Brazilian midfielder Douglas Luiz which continued to Turin when they both signed with the Old Lady.

Though the pair have reportedly split now, their home was targeted by robbers last October who were said to have snatched 11 watches belonging to Luiz as well as Lehmann's lavish diamond necklaces.

And it appears Lehmann has been the victim of a shocking theft yet again, with the 26-year-old sharing a video of her ransacked bedroom to her 16.2million-strong social media following.

'Next time people rob my house, can you please clean up after, cause [sic] I've got OCD,' Lehmann wrote, accompanied by a melting face and crying face emoji.

The shocking footage showed items scattered across the floor with the mattress covered in clothes.

Cupboards and drawers also appear to have been targeted in the raid, with doors left swung open. It is unclear, though, which items were stolen in the theft.

Lehmann - often dubbed the 'world's sexiest footballer' - has been living in Como following her switch after just a year with the Juventus, during which she was criticised for her celebrations after beating AC Milan to win the Serie A title.

After their triumph, the Bianconeri stars were quick to revel in their achievement by dancing on the field in formation. But Lehmann appeared to be leading the dance at the front on her own, with her team-mates lined up behind her.

It touched a nerve with some supporters who argued she had a minimal role in their title-winning campaign.

Outlining her reasons for joining Como, Lehmann said she admired the Italian side's enthusiasm for women's football.

'It's an independent club, fully focused on women's football – and that really matters to me,' she told The Guardian.

The forward made a switch to Como this August after an underwhelming season with Juventus

'From the start, I could see this wasn't just another team; it's a project with real purpose and vision. [So] signing with FC Como Women just felt right.'

The break-in to Lehmann's home comes amid a spate of robberies targeting ultra-rich footballers in recent times, particularly players in the Premier League.

Armed burglars raided Raheem Sterling's house in Berkshire just last week Saturday when the Chelsea striker was on the premises with his family. It is the second time Sterling's home is known to have been broken into.

Others known victims in the last three years include Jack Grealish, Victor Lindelof and Alexander Isak.
