Rams star Puka Nacua was left bleeding from his eye in scary scenes on Sunday before he was checked for a concussion.
Nacua took a big helmet-to-helmet hit in the middle of the field from a Houston Texans defender before coming out of the game.
The Rams initially said he was questionable to return, but Nacua was spotted afterwards on the sideline.
The receiver was seen with a massive bandage on his head.
He soon re-entered the game during the second quarter for LA.
However, he was seen entering the medical tent before halftime, with the broadcasters on the game call suggesting he needed to get his bandage fixed in some fashion. He returned to the game again moments later.

Heading to the locker room to get a cut on his head tended too. As long as the helmet to helmet collision didn’t also lead to a concussion he should return pic.twitter.com/7gfKz3ERII
Nacua struggled with injuries last season as he missed time with a PCL strain.
He played in Week 1 but ultimately missed the next five weeks as he returned in Week 7.
A fifth-round pick out of BYU in 2023, Nacua has established himself as one of the best receivers in the league after earning a Pro Bowl selection in his rookie season.
He finished last season with 990 receiving yards and three touchdowns in 11 games.
Elsewhere in the NFL, 49ers tight end George Kittle was also ruled out of his team's matchup against the Seahawks with a hamstring injury.
